The Corona Concerts
The So Happy Choir
Edwin Orion Brownell's Chamber Choir
Featuring choristers from St. Andrew's United Church (Lachine) and St. Paul's Anglican Church (Lachine) as well as a lead vocalist from Edwin & the Bedouins, the So Happy Choir has performed at Place des Arts in Montreal, the National Arts Centre in Ottawa and at volunteer concerts at Senior's residences across Quebec.

First put together in 2012 for our "Songs of Love and Marriage" album, the choir consisted of former Edwin & the Bedouins vocalist Sharon Blauer, along with friends and choristers Carole Faucher, Erica Feininger and Angela Zavradinos. After finishing work on the album, the choir appeared at Place des Arts to perform the concerts' closing numbers. At this show, our friend Susan-Blanche Chato substituted for Erica.

Even with the change up, the live tracks from the concert were so good that three featuring the choir were used on our subsequent live album "Forever Laughter," With its launch at our second National Arts Centre Show, a stripped down version of the choir featuring Sharon Blauer and newcomer Levy Maneja Lumabao was featured.
