Hi EVERYBODY, and welcome to my web-site! What a busy fall season we have had! To begin with: my third Place des Arts concert was another SOLD-OUT SUCCESS! Ida Caputo made a lovely warm introduction, Guillaume Côté, Francois Guy, Yves Seguin, and everyone in the staff worked hard to make the show a hit, and all my family and friends were there to put the icing on the cake . . . my Aunt Emilia even came all the way from Florida! Thanks to my wonderful wife Nechama for selling so many tickets, to my great friend Jillian Deevy for selling so many albums, DVDs and T-SHIRTS, and to my friends and fans for BUYING THEM ALL!!!

My new album SMILE (which was launched at the concert) is everything I wish it to be. My heartfelt gratitude to Chris Leon (audio and video editing), Bob Malvasio (graphics), Jim Rabchuk (mastering), Ari Grunzeweig (authoring) and Christian Pomrenski and the staff at Audiobec (pressing) for all their hard work. The biggest thanks must go to my beautiful wife Nechama and my lovely mother MeeMee for their constant support and help in all aspects of my music and my life. You are the BEST in EVERY WAY! Oh, one other thing:: I am now the proud owner of a Hamburg Steinway model “A!” I now believe it is from the early 1890s, but although questions still remain as to its ancestry, I am just so happy and honoured to be playing on such a wonderful instrument. The next album will be done . . . AT HOME! So, while it's been a busy but wonderful season, the best news is that everyone in the family from my lovely mom, my wonderful wife Nechama, our Ima and Aba in Israel and our relations there and in the United States are all healthy and happy . . . and that means that the most important things are going OK! Jill will be working on booking concerts in the new year and I am looking forward to a more intense concert schedule within and outside Canada in 2010.

One of our most important projects over the last year has been the completion of Nechama's book, and I am happy to report that the "The Will to Live" (which has just been translated into English) has broken records in launch sales, and has garnered many positive reviews. Speaking of Nechama . . . I would like to add a personal note here in thanks of all she does for me. Regarding my career, she advises me, promotes me, contacts the media, sells tickets, sells CDs, helps book my shows in Israel and packs the most delicious lunches anyone could wish to have while preparing for either a concert or a recording. She does far more than that however. She loves me fully and completely and gives me all the confidence and strength I need to accomplish ANYTHING in this world. I am truly the luckiest man in the world to have this beautiful woman at my side. Thank you my wife!
